What’s included in your stay
Electricity, water and air conditioning are included, with no hidden fees or additional charges for these utilities.
Payments, cancellation and security deposit
Payment schedules and cancellation terms are set out in the quote for your selected dates. A security deposit of €450 applies. Ocho will confirm how and when it is collected and returned.
Arrival, departure and house rules
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is no later than 11:00 (Madrid local time). Your Ocho host will usually meet you in person for check-in and check-out, unless otherwise agreed.
Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00 (Madrid local time) and must be strictly respected.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Stag and hen groups are welcome. Please respect our neighbours and the quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
Registration and practical questions
A valid passport or identity card must be presented at check-in.
Every guest staying at the villa must complete our online check-in procedure before access can be provided.
The Ocho Ibiza team is available throughout your stay. At check-in, you will receive our emergency contact details for 24/7 support.
Can Rafa is officially registered and licensed as a tourist holiday home with the Consell Insular d’Eivissa (Ibiza Island Council). Tourist licence: ETV-1662-E.
