This one’s
for her.

An Ibiza hen weekend with beautiful tables, a little adventure and room for the people who know her best.

Before the big day, a few little ones

There is an hour before a night out that deserves a holiday of its own.

The bathroom door is open. Someone is doing their eyeliner in the wrong mirror. A dress has changed owners. The friend who said she was nearly ready has started telling a story, which means nobody is leaving just yet.

And there she is. The woman you came to celebrate. Barefoot, laughing so hard she has to put the mascara down.

Give that hour a house in Ibiza. Give it a few days on either side.

For months, the group chat has been a small logistics company. Flights, deposits, a restaurant link sent at midnight. Then everyone arrives, and the friend you mostly know through messages is suddenly across the table, reaching for the bread.

Some have known her since school. Others met her in a different city, a different job, a different version of her life. By the second breakfast, they are borrowing each other’s sun cream and discovering that they have been hearing about one another for years.

That is worth a few days together. Give them something lovely to do, something good to eat, and a place where the conversation can continue after dinner. There is a wedding coming. Right now, everyone has made it to the same table.

A little fuss. A lot of love.
And absolutely her kind of trouble.

01 / The table everyone remembers

Make lunch
the occasion.

Somewhere worth getting dressed for, even if the dress goes over a swimsuit. A view that interrupts the conversation. Then food arrives, chairs turn towards each other, and the view can wait.

Amante.
Give her this view.

The first few minutes at Amante may be spent looking out over Sol d’en Serra. Then a plate arrives, somebody passes a glass, and chairs start moving closer together. The view stays magnificent. It simply has competition.

This is our choice for a lunch that feels like the occasion itself. A swimsuit under a dress, the cove below the terrace, enough time to order another course because the conversation has reached somewhere interesting. Ask about a group arrangement that fits the table, then give lunch the afternoon it deserves.

There is no need to manufacture a big reveal. Watching her look around and realise that everyone came can be quite enough. This east-coast setting gives you the sea and cliffs, rather than a guaranteed sun setting into the water.

There is a softer way to come here, too. Amante’s yoga-and-breakfast programme combines movement with a morning table. Check the dated programme: the published 2026 sessions are on weekdays, so don’t write it into a Saturday plan without asking.

The view is the entrance.
The company is why you stay.

Es Cavallet · The long beach lunch

El Chiringuito

A shaded table, something to share, the delicious possibility of not needing to be anywhere else immediately. El Chiringuito suits the group that wants its beach day to include a genuinely good meal.

Make lunch the reservation and leave space around it. A restaurant table does not automatically include loungers or an all-day beach booking.

Best for: unhurried conversation and a beach setting. Seasonal: its site currently announces a spring 2027 return.

Dalt Vila · The informal pause

S’Escalinata

The old stone steps outside S’Escalinata give a drink and a few plates the feel of a small street scene. Choose it for a smaller, easygoing group and an Old Town wander.

A lovely stop does not have to become a grand production. Equally, a dozen friends should not arrive expecting a staircase to turn into a private terrace: check seating and access first.

Best for: the wander that becomes a drink. Keep the big formal dinner elsewhere.

At your own table · The simple pleasure

The breakfast
nobody rushes.

Good bread, fruit, coffee and something everyone will actually eat. Put it on the villa table. The early risers get the first conversation; the late arrivals get the stories repeated.

Make one breakfast someone else’s job, or share the shopping and clearing up. A generous weekend is not measured by how often a waiter brings the bill.

Best for: everybody, especially the friend stretching their budget to be here.

02 / Bring a little of it home

Something to
bring it back.

The trip will become photographs, voice notes and a few stories that improve with repetition. Make something small you can keep beside the mirror, too.

Campos de Ibiza · A different kind of souvenir

What does
this weekend smell like?

With Campos de Ibiza, perfume-making becomes something to do together: smelling, choosing, changing your mind, discovering that your friend’s version of a beautiful fragrance is nothing like yours.

The company offers private group workshops as well as perfume and candle formats. Its mobile perfume workshop can also come to a home, subject to the arrangements. Ask Ocho about a suitable daytime setup at your villa, then confirm the supplier, group price and inclusions.

It needn’t be another bridal obligation. Make your own, compare them, laugh at the person who has become unexpectedly serious about the whole thing. Months later, on a Tuesday that contains very little sea, opening that bottle might bring the table back.

For a smaller, hands-on group, L’atelier n°74 in Santa Gertrudis offers beginner-friendly ceramics. The listed class is limited to six, and pieces need ten days before collection. A lovely idea if you can arrange the practicalities; less lovely if your bowl is still in the kiln when your flight leaves.

Make the surprise
feel like her.

Choose the activity because she would enjoy it. Tell the provider about the occasion, group size and any sensitivities. Leave the afternoon flexible enough for everyone to enjoy it in their own way.

03 / Choose your shared splurge

Salt on the skin.
Or nowhere to be.

You do not need a boat, a spa, a tasting menu and three clubs to have an extraordinary trip. Pick the experience that makes the group say yes without looking at each other’s budgets first.

Atzaró’s long garden pool, daybeds and orange trees
Atzaró / The garden pool and daybeds. A day experience, not a promise of private use.
Countryside · The quiet luxury

Atzaró Spa

The adult spa-day experiences at Atzaró offer a different tempo: garden beds, the long pool and time that does not need filling. Read. Talk. Say nothing for a while.

Check the package’s food credit and included treatments, and agree any massage times before arriving. Then enjoy having very little to decide.

On the water · The all-together afternoon

A boat chosen
for your people.

CharterAlia explicitly offers hen-party charters, with different vessels and capacities. Ask for a skippered option that fits the group and the kind of day she wants.

Agree the exact boat, shade, boarding point, full cost and weather terms. Then let conditions decide the route. A shared swim and lunch can be the whole event; Formentera needn’t be a compulsory trophy.

A towel & a plan · The lighter spend

Keep the sea.
Skip the charter.

A beach morning with a picnic can give you the laughter, the salt and the photograph with everybody in it. Bring shade, cold water, proper food and a bag for every scrap you brought.

Put the money you save towards the dinner she really wants, or simply leave it in everyone’s bank account. Pleasure does not become less memorable because you made the sandwiches.

An interlude / All the versions of her

You knew her
when.

Ask how everyone met her and a different woman appears in each answer.

The one who arrived in a new city knowing nobody. The one who stayed on the phone. The colleague who became the friend you called after leaving the job. There will be a story the bride knows by heart and another she has no idea anyone remembers.

Let those come out around a table. You needn’t arrange a speech. Often a small remark does it: “You know, I never told you how much that helped.” Then somebody reaches across, somebody laughs to make the feeling less enormous, and dinner carries on.

If you want to bring something for her, make it a few words in your own handwriting. A particular memory, a thank-you, something she did that stayed with you. She can read it now or take it home.

And take one photograph with the organiser in it. Give the person who has been finding the light, counting the glasses and checking the transfer a place beside everyone else.

They came for this, too.

04 / The getting-ready playlist

Dress for
the evening you want.

The playlist has reached the song from that summer. One friend remembers every word; another is learning far too much about the rest of you. There are earrings on the table, a half-finished glass by the mirror, and the lovely feeling that tonight belongs to the whole group.

Bambuddha / Bamboo, warm light and a table that feels like an occasion.
The celebration dinner

Bambuddha

Bambuddha explicitly caters for pre-wedding dinners and groups, with sharing menus and covered pagodas. Its atmosphere gives the dressed-up evening somewhere to begin without making dinner feel like a waiting room for the club.

Choose a menu the whole table can enjoy and explain the occasion when you enquire. For a more food-led alternative, consider Jul’s; parties of eight or more should contact its team directly. Pick one main dinner and enjoy it properly.

The cocktail with a view

Patchwork

At Sa Punta’s Patchwork, the view towards Dalt Vila makes a good reason to arrive before the table is hungry. Watch the light change across the water, pass the Lebanese sharing plates and let the first stories find their way out. Someone will finally get to finish the one they started in the car.

Choose the dinner or drinks arrangement that suits your evening, and order the glass you actually want to raise—cocktail, wine or something without alcohol. Being together is the occasion.

Follow her music.

Our hearts belong to Amnesia and Mondays at Circoloco at DC10. If those are her records, make that the anchor. Pacha brings its own warm, colourful Ibiza identity; Lío offers a different, cabaret-led evening. Choose the confirmed event she wants, rather than a club simply because a hen guide says women go there. Arrange tickets, the table if wanted, and the journey home.

One important door policy

Pikes excludes stag and hen groups. Leave it out of this plan. Elsewhere, tell the venue the occasion and check the dress code and group terms; a booking should feel welcome from the first conversation.

05 / Put a shape around the feeling

Which weekend
sounds like her?

Three starting points. One shared experience each day, with enough room for the bits you cannot schedule. Move the days around confirmed events and opening dates.

Suggested ideas, not a package or confirmed itinerary.

06 / A little care behind the scenes

The best organising
barely shows.

Get the awkward conversations done kindly and early. Then everyone can arrive knowing where they stand, what they can afford and how much of the weekend belongs to them.

01

Ask for budgets
in private.

Agree the shared cost and whether the group is covering the bride before collecting deposits. Separate essential bookings from optional extras. Avoid a daily stream of surprise payments; the generous choice is one everyone can genuinely enjoy.

02

One beautiful
anchor a day.

A beach lunch, a workshop or a boat can be enough. Leave time for showers, changing, transport and simply getting a group out of the door. Don’t put a demanding morning after the big night.

03

Give everybody
a way home.

Arrange transfers around real headcounts and allow an earlier return. Friends who don’t drink, pregnant friends, parents travelling away from young children and the ones who need sleep should not have to explain themselves repeatedly.

04

Keep surprises
kind.

Ask her privately what she would love and what she would hate. Check before booking photographers, public speeches, unfamiliar activities or matching outfits. The best surprise feels like being understood.

05

Tell the venue
the whole plan.

Headcount, occasion, dietary needs, expected timing and any decoration. Get deposits, cancellations, menus and minimum spends in writing. “Groups welcome” and “your exact celebration confirmed” are different things.

06

Come home
to a home.

Ocho welcomes hen groups who respect the villa and its neighbours. Enjoy the island’s hosted nightlife, then return quietly. Ask first about outside visitors or supplier visits; quiet hours remain 23:00–08:00.

A note for your dates. This edition was researched in October 2026. El Chiringuito announces a spring 2027 return; Amante lists its current season through 25 October. Spa packages, group prices and event calendars change. Use these ideas to shape the trip, then confirm the exact dates before paying.
